- Hummsafar launches WeAssure – A first of its kind health, hygiene & safety initiative.
WeAssure focuses on utmost safety of our guests. Our properties are well sanitized and clean with all the precautionary measures being taken care of. WeAssure assures your safety on our property hence no person without a thermal screening is allowed at the property.
Key highlights of the initiative are:

- Re-engineered guest experiences with zero contact/ minimal engagements.
- Sanitized cutlery, crockery & tableware supported with e-payment solutions.
- Advanced & stringent deep-cleaning protocols & sanitized rooms.
- Remodeled property layout to support safe distancing.
The wellbeing of our guests, associates, and partners has always been of paramount importance at
Hummsafar and is now more significant than ever. We look forward to welcoming you back at our property.
- Introducing mobile check-ins and check-outs
Guests would not have to spend time at reception. Fast check-in/check-out options will
be provided. This will be achieved by submitting a photo of documents through our app
beforehand. All they have to do after arrival is to say their unique code without
interacting with the reception desk staff. It is the number one feature for maintaining a
safe distance between guests and staff in the hotel.
- Implemented contactless payment via smartphone
Since, paper bills and coins are potential vectors of Coronavirus transmission. No-cash
payment via smartphone is the fastest and easiest way to make payments. Thus, we are
shifting to pay for all provided services with ApplePay/Stripe/PayPal or credit card.
Customers can install the app & by scanning a QR code make the payment.
